1. About the service

My Astro Passport is an independent online astrology service. It calculates natal charts and Solar Returns from the birth details you provide and presents interpretations based on the calculated chart and the service’s methodology.

The website may include a free profile and separately priced digital reports. Paid reports are personalised to the chart data submitted for the relevant calculation and are delivered electronically as downloadable PDF files.

2. Astrology is not professional advice

Astrological interpretations are provided for personal reflection and entertainment. They are not medical, psychological, legal, financial, investment or other professional advice and must not replace qualified professional support.

Do not make important decisions about health, safety, money, legal matters or relationships solely on the basis of an astrological reading.

3. Your birth information

You are responsible for entering the correct date, exact time and place of birth. An incorrect or approximate input can materially change the calculated chart and the resulting interpretation.

If you submit another person’s information, you must have a lawful basis and their permission where required. Do not use the service to harass, expose or make harmful claims about another person.

4. Calculations and interpretations

Astronomical positions are calculated using Swiss Ephemeris. We aim to calculate the chart accurately from the submitted data, but results can also depend on the selected location, historical time-zone information and the accuracy of the input.

Astrological interpretation is subjective. We do not guarantee that a reading will match your experience, predict a particular event or produce a particular outcome. Reports may contain errors, omissions or wording that does not resonate with you.

5. Prices, checkout and payment

Current products, inclusions and prices are shown on the website before checkout. Purchases currently offered by My Astro Passport are one-time purchases unless the checkout expressly states otherwise.

Checkout and payment are provided by Freemius, which acts as the merchant of record. Freemius receives and processes your billing information directly, handles applicable sales taxes and provides the payment receipt. Your payment is also subject to the Freemius Terms of Sale.

6. Digital delivery and access

After Freemius confirms a successful payment, the purchased sections are unlocked for the chart connected with that purchase and included in the downloadable PDF report. A technical delay may occasionally occur while the payment is being confirmed.

My Astro Passport does not currently provide a permanent user account or a permanent online archive of reports. Download and keep your PDF after it is generated. If delivery fails, contact support using the purchase email and sufficient order information so the payment can be located.

7. Refunds

The refund terms presented during checkout and in the Freemius Terms of Sale apply to the payment. Because a paid report is personalised digital content that may be generated and delivered immediately, refund eligibility can depend on whether delivery or download has already taken place.

Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. For a billing, duplicate-payment or delivery problem, contact support first so the order can be investigated.

8. Permitted use

You may read, download, retain and share your personal report for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not resell reports, present the service’s interpretations as your own commercial product, scrape the website, make automated or bulk requests, interfere with security, probe restricted systems or attempt to access another person’s data.

The website design, text, brand and report format remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. Open-source components and source code remain subject to their respective licences.

9. Availability and changes

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Chart calculation, location search, PDF delivery and checkout may depend on third-party systems that can occasionally be unavailable.

We may correct, improve, replace or discontinue features and may update products and prices for future purchases. Changes do not remove a completed customer purchase or any mandatory consumer right.

10. Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, My Astro Passport is not responsible for decisions made from an astrological interpretation, indirect losses or failures caused by inaccurate user input, internet outages or third-party services. Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Privacy and cookies

The service uses birth details to perform the calculation requested by you. Information about necessary cookies and browser storage is available in our Cookie Policy. Freemius processes checkout information under its own privacy terms.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the service, products, third-party providers or legal requirements change. The current version and revision date will always be published on this page. Material changes will apply prospectively unless the law requires otherwise.
